2. Write TWO memos as if you were the senior managers at your organization:

  • 1 memo to your employees
  • 1 memo to the owners/management team (all managers/supervisors)

3. Explain the relevance and value of the Bill to each group differently. The meaning of the

Bill to the employees will not be the same as it will be to the managers. Focus on the

relevant aspects only for each audience.

4. Each memo should be no longer than 1 page (total submission ? one double-sided

page).

5. Submit both memos in one Word file through Blackboard.

6. Write in College Level English. Use the appropriate business terms without excessive
