This would include benefits, pay, incentives, monetary and nonmonetary rewards, and other options to outperform Google.Tasks:Design a total compensation and rewards program for the employees.Create a compensation pie chart.Implement a plan to manage the new compensation structure, with timelines.Assess the use of compensation benchmarking to maintain the competitive advantage.Propose a method to determine the success of the compensation plan.To support your work, use your course and text readings and also use the South University Online Library.
