First what is a “critique”? Critique is a method of disciplined, systematic analysis of a written (or oral) form of article. Although critique is commonly understood as fault finding and negative judgment, it can also involve merit recognition. Identify, at least 5 “take aways” of information from the article. Identify how the author was effective (or not effective) in the strategy used in connecting the “take aways” with change.
Read and outline “LEARNING TO BE A PARADOX”. Focus on the four (4) key paradoxes. State what they are and indicate five or more significant elements. Critique the strategies which the author suggest by which leaders can learn to effectively handle changes.
