I want a professional phd professional.  The Phd contain 3 studies:

1- Conducting a qualitative meta-synthesis to identify and review the existing qualitative literature relevant to identifying barriers to confrontation (across different target groups)  that I can identify common barriers.

2- qualitative research using semi-structured interviews focus on barriers to confrontation of prejudice towards Black people in the UK amongst White people living in the UK based on the COM-B model ( capability- opportunity and motivation).

3- third study : co-design and pilot a behaviour change intervention to encourage confrontation. The study involves a qualitative, experimental, single blind, Randomised Control Trial (RCT) where two groups (i: intervention group; ii: control group with no intervention) will be compared   

 

The requirement :

Brief literature review leading to the focus of my study (including citations of relevant literature), the proposed focus and methodology for the 3 studies that may form part of my PhD ( which I have mentioned), and a brief outline of the proposed analyses for those studies. and perhaps explain why this research is worth doing ( including citations as well).
