This week we learn that not only our actions can be considered criminal, but we can also commit crime when we fail to act. This brings up our question for this week:
1. If someone witnesses a crime in progress, and fails to intervene and/or report that crime, should their failure to stop the crime, or even report the crime, be a crime in itself? Why or why not?
2. Should the man in this video be held criminally responsible for not taking any action? Why or why not?
