Create a CPM network diagram (either AOA or AON) with a minimum of 25 activities for the Storage Facility project (same project used to do the Estimating assignment). The activities should represent all items of construction of the building and site (including mechanical, electrical, etc…similar to what we discussed in class on March 12th) Attach a completed CPM ACTIVITY DATA sheet(s). The data sheets are included as page 3 of the CPM handout that is posted in the Resources Section. Note: The network diagram should clearly note the critical path and identify the overall duration of the project as you have estimated. The overall project duration will be limited to 180 days.
